In other news, water wet. Christ, that city's as lily white as fuckin' Krypton (a planet where the suspicion of colouredness would suffice instead of any actual colour; I think there was an island somewhere on the planet where they kept the black people*). To take a year to perform a study to discover that cops in K-Town may not be racially sensitive is pretty much like reading tea leaves to discover if you just had tea. The readily obvious does not require intense investigation.
