Snra is upstairs watching the fifth episode of Revelations (of six, IIRC). I've given up on the show.

It just doesn't feel very apocalyptic. It has the same sense of 'making it up as we go along' that the X-Files had in it's 8th season. The satanists are just a goofy bunch (hey, private army. That's nice). The storylines are trying to coalesce, but they just limp along lifelessly.

And the Satanist leader? More annoying than menacing. If you aren't watching Revelations, count your blessings.

This week's lost, on the other hand, was interesting. Kate backstory continued to be filled in, plotting and planning regarding the boat, secrets revealed, another secret revealed, Hurley makes funny, Drug Hobbit works on his concept album (I Got Stranded on a Desert Island and all I got was this lousy Double Album? Too wordy?). It felt too much like the first of three final episodes, sure, but it will do. Next week? Creepy French Chick.

Continuing w/ Media related news, Seven Soldiers is looking cool. But, Dude! Seven mini-series? That's just a lot of comics. And eveyone knows that English guys can't write comics.

Heh. That just never stops sounding funny.

My prediction is they kinda didn't want everyone to think about it, with all the inter-personal issues going on now... and in the finale, just when something is going to go right or whatever, the big nasty will show up... and then the screen will freeze or go to black, and those dreaded words "To Be Continued...." will come up.

And, across the world, people will scream.
