The best example of this is Booty Slide, which lets you move up to your maximum movement as a move action. This would be useful, except you can already move your maximum movement as a move action; why would you take a feat to be able to do that?
From your description, it sounds like the intent is to let you take a "full move" (i.e., a double combat move, which would usually be a two move actions) and then take another movement or possibly a standard action. It sounds pretty extreme.
I imagine it's for things like the rails of concrete steps or the like. But now you've got me contemplating the blaxploitation version of The Greatest Story Ever Told.
That's a real pity. Looks like something I might've been able to get into, at the very least in a Paranoia one-shot type thing for my players now and then.
