A game book that many have heard of, but few have seen, and I found mine! After five years of tearing apart my parents house, I found it!

Wheee!

For the confused at home, WotV is a Champions adventure (suitable for use with Super Agents or Danger Inc) where the PCs must go back in time and prevent the assassination of Adolf Hitler.

Anyway, apparently it got cancelled and few copies made it into circulation. So it's mildly rare, and will go next to my John Ford Klingons SB and my copy of Alma Mater.

It wasn't cancelled per se--one distrubutor freaked out over the plotline after it was released and Hero Game simply stopped selling copies after that. It did reach store shelves.

You should ask Steve Long and Darren Watts to tell you the whole story sometime. *Much* funnier than I could tell it.
