The original covers really are wonderful jokes in and of themselves. I used to work at a Waldenbooks, and Christ, the titles. One really was A Daddy for Christmas, I swear to God.
Oh Yeah. Dont' I know it. And I agree. Gah Daddy for Christmas is new, which means either you're in the loop or like me you're forced to touch these on a daily basis. ^_^
If it's new, they must recycle them 'cause I saw it back in 1999.
But really, the literary richness of these masterpieces is such that scholars the world over no doubt petition for them to be reprinted every few years or so...
