Sep. 13th, 2004 08:03 pmI finished Order of the Phoenix today.
Okay, does she think no one's ever read a comic book? "Oh, Sirius is dead! Woe is me! If I'd been strong enough, yadda, yadda, yadda".
Oh, yeah. And, by the way, where's the body? I mean, unless I read it wrong, there's no corpse, right? And, let me tell you, after 26 years of Marvel Comics, you don't see a body, you gotta wonder if he's dead.
Otherwise, interesting. I wonder if she can fit two years worth of character progress and a magical civil war into two books.
Admittedly, two books larger than the Napanee phone book, but still.

Oh silly boy . . . .

God knows I would like Sirius to reappear someday, but I'm not going to hold my breath!
Oh, btw, have you seen any of the movies yet?

But, in all, yeah, enjoyable.
If/When he DOES come back, it would cause quite the kerfuffle with her loyal fans.
