Ravenloft Redux

Wotc is producing an updated version of the Castle Ravenloft module. At seven times the size and six times the cost (and hardcover), it's interesting to see.

It looks like a nice Halloween adventure, and it's always exciting to see an update of a classic module. Shame Hickman couldn't work on it.

And it contains new feats, items & prestige classes. Of course.

A terrible accident occurred in the rolling mill of the Hubbard Iron company, at Hubbard,, Ohio, shortly after 2 o'clock on the morning of the 6th. Engineer Griffith Phillipps, aged 29 years in passing around the ore crusher oiling the bearings, was caught in the wheels and dragged into the crusher. He was mangled out of all semblance of humanity, the flesh adhering to the clogs. He leaves a wife and 3 children.

Man. Thank good for workplace safety regs. That's like something out of Six Feet Under.
