Dec. 24th, 2003 11:20 amNice quiet day yesterday. We did some puttering about and went to see Elf at the AMC. Turned out to be more enjoyable than I prophesied; at least I went in knowing it was a kids movie (or rather a family movie) and not a Will Ferrel movie.
Dinner was at a Chinese Buffet down the road (I figured it must be good, it hasn't gone out of business in five years). It wasn't, in fact, that good, but it didn't suck either. I did get to eat me some shrimp, and Snra had herself some crab legs (destroying her fork in the process). That was on top of the standard buffet fare.
And then, home, to watch Red Dwarf season 2. The extras are a little on the lame side, but the show is still funny. Then, we opened presents. I got Snra. X-Files season 3 and The Manchurian Candidate on DVD, and she got me an Xbox wireless connector to Xbox live.
Now that's a great gift. Or rather, it WOULD be if I had A) an Xbox live subscription and B) a wireless network. Neither of which I have.
The East Coast relations sent me new slippers (God, but I needed them) and Rush in Rio, which should be good. And a sweater, which is kinda tight. XXL, peeps!

redeem147's Christmas gift. She cheated by giving us ours before the date, instead of the normal NYE exchange to which we've become accustomed. I got Stunt Cocks on dvd. God, I love that movie. "I mean, aside form huge buckets of cum".
So, yes. Happy Holidays to all of you, unless you're God Fearing Christians, in which case it's Merry Christmas.
