Sep. 1st, 2002 01:38 amA delightful weekend day. Went to visit the Littlest Bro (I was going to say "littlest Ho-Bro", but that makes him sound gay) in Guelph.
Played some PS2 games for a while, but I kept going back to Medal of Honour because of the very engaging first sequence during the d-day landing. I hope it's available for the PC, because I'd like to try it.
I think that makes me a bad person.
Got back, fed the kitties, grabbed a Whoppa (6 hours later, no signs of vomiting!) and headed over to Whogan's.
He & Dave were there, as Dave is helping him move his ma tommorow.
There was some porch sitting (which was cut short by the arrival of West Nile bearing mosquitos) and a watching of Queen of the Damned.
Let me tell you, that movie wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. The most interesting parts were, as always, cut out (the stuff with the ancients).
And it had Claudia Black, who is just cool.
Hmmm. Not much else. We started watching Fear & Loathing, but I fell asleep and Will kicked me out of his house.
Okay, no. But that sounds more exciting.
Got home and fed the cats (just some treats this time) and am vibrating in the periphery between exhaustion & caffeine buzz.
