So, Sunday? What happened then?
Apr. 18th, 2004 11:29 pmSnra & I took a trip out to Milton to take in some homes for sale. We saw, as per usual, an older house (about fifty, built after the war) a less old home (build about 30 years ago) and a newer one (first owners moved in in October, moving out July).
The newest one was quite good, actually. But not as good as the older ones. The oldest had a great lot, good location, and a patio on the roof. That was kinda cool. The middle one had a pool.
Of course, by the time we get to discuss it, they'll both be sold. Eh.
So, after that we decided to go visit Sci-Fi world for some shopping and lunch. Of course, they close their cafe on Sundays, so that was out of the question. We did some shopping, and headed down to my FLCS for new comics. Which was impossible, because they were closed. Feh. 1602 #8, you will be mine!
And, for
nottheterritory, from Frank Magazine: About 30 supporters of Holocaust Denier Enrst Zundel gathered in Edmonton, defending his right to free speech. The crowd dispersed quickly, however, after baton-weilding riot police tried herding the protesters into a series of unmarked 'shower rooms'.
I guess you had to be there.
