So tired, so tired

Well, what I'd HOPED would be a six hour move turned out to be double that.

LB picked me up at around eight (which was just WRONG, Dammit). We went to her place, rendezvoused with the other guy helping, and got the truck.

Thankfully, U Haul did NOT fuck up this time, and we got to pick up our truck. Loading it went well.

What didn't go well? The fact that of the eight or so people who agreed to help with the move, three of us did. That slowed us down.

The new place is very nice. It'll take a while for all of their stuff to settle, but I think it should do well.

My back's been bugging me lately; I think I'm in need of a good backrub. In the meantime, we've invested in a nice massage/heat pad.

Due to the amount of back breaking labour I watched today, I have missed hooking up with deadboydex which is a shame, because I was hoping to have a fun night drawing swastikas on each other's heads with magic marker and roaming the streets.

So, what to do now? Go back upstairs, watch Roger Rabbit, and pray for a painless death.
