Another Party I Missed

Man, after reading robin_d_laws description of the Democrats Abroad party, I kind of wish I'd gone to the Republicans Abroad party in Toronto on Tuesday night. I'll bet that was a blast.

We want to encourage everyone in the Toronto area to come out on Election Night (Tuesday, November 4) to gather with other Republicans to watch John McCain come from behind to win the race for President of the United States.

Five guys gathered around a platter of nachos in Lone Star, weeping into their Budweiser. I wonder if there was a Log Cabin Republicans Abroad party at Woody's that night, too?

That's almost as bad as a prominent gay bar in Boston. Ramrod.

I think the more sexually suggestive a bar's name is , the more accepting the town is of gay culture.
