Can't seem to make it work

thebitterguyYou know, while the idea of setting up a shade tent and performing weddings during Pride next weekend sounds good, I really can't put together a good business plan.
Would they be able to get marriage licenses? Would I have to hire someone who's a clerk of the court? Where could I set it up? How friggin' much would it cost to get the tent and space? Is it even LEGAL for a guy who downloaded a certificate from the Universal LIfe Church website to perform a wedding in Canada?
Too many questions! WHy did they have to wait so long to legalize it!? Damn, I could use the money for GenCon.
