Alone again, naturally

So, all things being normal, Cynra is boarding her flight to SDCC today. We were up at way too early o'clock, since she had to get ready for her ride. At this point, it sounds like it would have been a better idea to just drive her myself, since, hey, I'm up.

I don't think she had any breakfast, either. Man, I hope she doesn't get anything at the airport. I remember my last time trying that. Food poisoning is bad, kids!

I had to take the garbage out to the curb this morning. Technically, I had to take the recycling and compost out to the curb, since garbage isn't picked up until next week. I was just in bathrobe, no slippers. The neighbour was draining their pool, so there was a stream of warm water to walk through on the sidewalk. Surprisingly not annoying.

I haven't gone swimming in years; honestly, I think the last time I was in a pool was seven years ago, when we went to SDCC together the last time. I'd forgotten how nice warm water was.

So, quiet few days ahead. Gonna see if I can do some gaming in KW this weekend on Sunday. I just have to deal with a house that's too quiet except for me and the cats.

Well, and the new Spaced dvds. I am happy with those.
