I don't know that I ever learned about palindromes. I always thought it was just a famous line because some guy had a plan to build the Panama canal.

I hate palindromes. I'm not sure why, but I think it's because people who go on about them are usually like, radio announcers and stuff (in a 'worst-moments-at-the-CBC' situation), and I hate them. So palindromes are tainted by association.
