I do agree that she shouldn't've been charged for it - the guy defended her all the way and acknowledged that he'd asked her to perform it on him. Sets an iffy precedent for BDSM couples who might need to seek medical attention for overenthusiasm.

How in the hell can you do that accidentally!? Even if you were carving someone's skin that's a surface thing. The heart is supposed to be pretty well protected so you don't accidentally puncture it :S
