Feh. I hate Eurovision. It's the epitomy of all that is crap about music. I don't know how people can watch/listen to it and endure all those godawful songs without losing 1d100 SAN points... :)
Yeah, I meant Turkey. And I don't care about the politics, Turkey's in flippin' ASIA MINOR, not in continental Europe. It's not even on the same darn continental plate!
(a) only that bit west of the Bosphorus is part of continental Europe, which it a teeny tiny part of Turkey.
(b) Britain is actually part of the European continental plate - the English Channel is just flooded land. The continental slope is off the west coast of Ireland/the UK.
