thebitterguyI think I've figured out the American strategy. Every terrorist attack ever is gonna be blamed on Al Qaeda, just like Archie took credit/blame for the mysterious prankster's attacks at Riverdale High.
Then, they'll drive the actual perpetrator mad with rage, causing them to come forward and demand recognition.
