Almost everyone I know who gets frequent headaches/migraines has been having problems this spring. It's a painful year I guess. Laurie and I were both mentioning it at lunch on Saturday. I was making sure to eat really well and drink enough and such at the con and I still ended up stopping for Advil breaks twice during the day so that I could make it through.

*yay* Zoo! This reminds me I should get to Riverdale Farm soon... maybe once it gets a little less muddy ;)

It was really annoying last night. I took some asprin and that didn't help much, but my evening Nasonex helped clear things up.

I had, in fact, never heard of Riverdale Farm. Cool.
