Day two of The Great Turkey Leftoverfest was yesterday. Sunday was Shredded Turkey on Baguettes with Gravy, with Bean Salad on the side (bean salad, btw? Delicious). Yesterday was Turkey Curry. Today was leftover Turkey Curry for lunch (infinite it will reiterate), and tonight will probably be Turkey ala King.

Oh, man. I'm gonna die of the turkey. Thank God we forgot to make the stuffing.

Hey, there is nothing wrong with turkey, turkey is your friend...and it certainly makes for a nice change from chicken! :)

Now, on the subject of bean salads, how about sharing the recipe? I'm always looking for new recipes for (bean) salads, you know...

The bean salad was one provided by one of the guests at the Christmas Dinner on Saturday.

It was big, too. Tomatoes and onions as well as beans.
