Cubicle 7 Entertainment has acquired the license for the Dr. Who RPG. A developer's blog is here, and you can find it's feed at hearttardis.

Man, if only I knew an experienced RPG freelancer who's looking for some work right now and has an uncomfortable knowledge of that franchise. Hmmm....
