You know, it's funny how advancing technology kills the imagination.

Think of the first Mission Impossible. You had magic chat rooms, magic cellphones... basically, now that we know how all this stuff can work together relatively well, we don't need to invent wacky science magic for it to be dramatically entertaining.

Heck, even Penny's goddamn Computer Book seems like a more intuitive, powerful device than anything currently floating around. Remember how badass that was?
