Aug. 8th, 2007 02:27 pmJust a quick reminder to everyone that GX will be happening as part of FanExpo Canada at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in a couple weeks.
The schedule will be up shortly. We'll be featuring a wide variety of games, including a large selection of board games from Scrabble to Carcassone.
RPGs scheduled for the event include a full slate of RPGA games which you can check out at Warhorn.net. We'll be hosting a Battle Interactive event as well.
TRPA will also be running a selection of games including D&D tournaments as well as a selection of Indie games, including Capes, Heroquest and Burning Empires.
In addition, there will also be games of Serenity, Classic Traveller, IronClaw, Feng Shui, BESM, Shadowrun and Cybergeneration.
Card games will include tournaments for Magic, UFS, YuGiOh, and Pokemon. HeroClix and HorrorClix will also be there, with prizes including convention exclusive Cthulhu and Fin Fang Foom figures and a Galactus figure.
There will also be a variety of game demos and other events, including a Return of the Wolves Battletech event.
Full schedules should be available shortly on the GX website.

Date: 2007-08-09 02:02 pm (UTC)It's my first year going to FanExpo and I don't have the slightest idea how the ticketing system works. One pass covers all the expos, right? And I understand the different tiers of passes, but when I've looked at the TicketMaster website, the passes are branded to each seperate expo. Does it really matter which of the branded passes I buy?
