So, a new comic store has opened spitting distance from Casa Bitter. The Geekdom (and check out the URL on that website) opened up literally a few days ago. This week was the first NCBD I've seen at it. I managed to grab Buffy #5, Countdown # 40 and the new Wolverine on the clerk's suggestion.

I think I may not take his advice again in the future.

Not bad. They're really empty, and the comics racks are... not. There's no back issues in store, and no trades. They seem to be primarily focusing on video games.

We'll see where it goes, and if it goes. It is the fourth retail establishment in the location since we moved in. Previously was another comic and game store, then a toy store, and then a computer store. I can't help but feel responsible for the last two going under.

As websites for stores go, it's definitely a humble beginning. Keep me posted on this?

Wow, that website is... wow. Talk about minimalist!

A good enough descriptor.

The Title conflicts me. Clearly Geeks will "get it" but everyone one step out of the circle will miss this website entirely if left to memory.

But then there isnt much to miss.

I was with you on the description of the comic shop until you said they are "primarily focusing on video games" so I guess its a comics/video game store. Caught me off guard for a second. But that's geeky too.

First, you say it is the third retail establishment to be there, then you proceed to name three others that have been there previously.

1.Comic and game store.
2.Toy store.
3.Computer store.

I don't use a lot of math for a living or anything but... wait, I DO use a lot of math for a living, and that doesn't square up.

Ah. So your wording was correct on a technicality.
