Tomatoes r' Gud

jesshartley's advice about tomatoes and roasted up a few with olive oil and some herb & spices, then blended them all up.
Could have put them in a bit longer (cooking time was abbreviated by about 20 minutes) but the sauce came out quite tasty. Will probably use it for casserole with some pasta and poultry in a few days.
Dinner was some stuff from the market (marinated blade steak & fresh corn), which was nice.
Cynra wants to look up good tomato recipies for cooking and preserving. Is it called canning when you put them in jars?
I was working on a 11/9 reminiscence, but my pc crashed. In brief, the day was spent running up and down stairs, telling people who couldn't log onto CNN what was happening via MSN.
