So, we saw last night two things. Two things I think are connected.

A) The magnetotron within the Swan complex activated, as visible by Eko's necklace shifting. This lend to

B) a new arrival on the island via boat.

This, then, proves my theory that the core of the Hanso founded Dharma initiative is magnetic manipulation.
