Just found out that one of the bands I enjoyed greatly in my youth, The Northern Pikes, apparently played a show just down the road on Friday.

That's unfortunate. I woudln't have minded going to see them.

Ah, well. I suppose I can wait until June. How far is Thunder Bay?

20 hour bus ride, or about a two day drive. One day if you drive like mad for a full 12-16 hours.

Or, 1 1/2 hours by plane, but probably at least $500.
