Did a very nice post on Slings & Arrows 2 (primary point: like CSI, the characters are amusing cyphers who just dont' get in the way of the wackiness). Have not posted it as it's on my pc at work.

The smoke from the crash was very visible from work. Several of my co-workers through they'd heard the impact. My point was that if they'd been able to hear the impact at that distance, there would have been no survivors. The booming was thunder or a garbage truck.

Anyway, am very glad that none were lost in the crash/landing. The smell of burned plastic was my companion as I drove home. The 401 was shut down along the airport so I took Eglington cross the Miss until Dixie, and hopped on there. Dinner was a Stouffers dinner in a box.

If I msged you on XBL today regarding playing tomorrow, please disregard. Something's come up, and my XBL connection is being touchy.

Aie. Just... aie. Did they even read about what actually happened, or did they just see the word 'crash' and make up an impressive story? I thought we were supposed to grow out of that sort of embellishment by grade five...

I honestly don't know. I tried, in vain, to point out that the airport was, in fact, down THERE, and a bang loud enough to be heard by us would have left a bit of a crater, really.
