1. Eastern Ontario: pros and cons?

Pros: I live here, and all my stuff is here. Cons: It gets darn cold.

Unless, of course, you mean the East end of Lake Ontario type of Eastern Ontario. In which case it is a nice, semi-urbarn region. It lacks the cultural diversity I would like, although you could say the same about Milton. Kingston has delightful architecture in its downtown area, and all the buidings are made from limestone. I sincerely doubt Fort Henry will be able to defend us from the Yanks much longer, however.

2. Is there a health option you would consider outright quackery? (As in, something you'd never consider doing yourself because it's just too silly to be believed.)

Anything to do with energy fields and the manipulation thereof, i.e. Reiki. Nothing I have ever sensed shows me that it is effective. The manipulation and maintanence of muscles and joints is one thing, but some sort of organic ley line re-assesment is just silliness.

3. How goes the process re: little Bitters? I hope that asking this doesn't bring pain, and if you don't want to answer, that's okay.

Money and bureacracy stand in our way. When I consider how many people start families by accident, with unwanted children they're neither able nor interested in raising properly, the injustice, both on a personal and cosmic level, infuriates me to no end.

4. What draws you to pro wrestling?

The homoerotic elements. Two men, wearing skintight garments, grappling with each other, all sweaty and stuff.

Okay, maybe not.

At its best, wrestling is a storytelling venue of masterful atheletes clashing in ways that are almost four colour. And I like cheering for Canadians, which is real easy in the pro-wresling world.

5. If Maple Leaf Wrestling were to make a serious comeback (forgive me if it has and I haven't noticed), would you consider getting involved in it at some level?

Heh. That would be a blast. I'd be all over that like flies on liver. I'd take tickets, sell merch, announce, hell, anything. As long as it was a well run organizaiton, of course. A lot of smaller feds are way too fly by night/poorly run. I don't need any more of that in my life.

*glee* Danke.

1. I did mean the east end of the lake, yep. :)
2. I feel much the same about craniosacral therapy after a rather silly experience with it.
3. Oy. I wish there was something I could do to help. :( (If there is, you know where to find us.) Is there any scope for becoming foster parents, maybe, or is that not a good plan?
4. I had no idea there were a lot of Canadians in wrestling these days. That's neat. My gran watched MLW when I was a kid. I never understood why she did (she tut-tutted all the way through it, but was glued to the set for the duration) -- really can't handle the thought that it might've been the homoerotic elements... TMI! TMI!
5. I can totally see you doing that, but fair enough about the dodgy side of things... :P

Canadian wrestlers have been a staple of the business since at least the sixties. It's not a new thing.

Well, what I know about wrestling could fit in a teaspoon. :)

*grins*

Well, like Ol' Bitters, I'm a bit of a wrestling geek, though my experiences seem to be a bit more diversified, at least in the American leagues. Stick around and you'll learn something, whether you wanna or not ;)
