Crap & stuff
Jul. 22nd, 2004 12:21 amPacking is not going as fast as she'd like, and I'm rather disappointed with the rather slow pace.
So, I'll miss game tomorrow, and possibly Sunday. Fuck.
I REALLY wanted to go to tomorrow's game.
Feh.
Went out to dinner with visitor from Montreal Mr. Z. Grabbed a meal at the closing soon Kismat restaurant on WInston Churchill. Apparently the owner/chef will be going to England to help his brother start a restaurant. training the new people taking over his location (a West Indian restaurant will open there shortly) in curry making, and then doing catering from home. We may order from him occasionally.
He is well. His wife, the delightful Mrs. Z, is expecting.
After coming home, we played some Halo. He pretty much pantsed me, but the final game (rocket launchers on battle creek) was fun. More people always makes it better.
Oh, yeah. Anyone out there watch Six Feet Under? Sweet Elvis. The crap they put poor David through this week was a bit too intense. Definitely makes up for the annoying New Dad plotline.
The thing is, they pretty much have to bring Keith back for a while at least, and his new plotline was looking interesting. And how will Nate react to this? Will it shock him back to whole family responsibility?
Damn. Quite a curve.
