mr_weasel move today. Had to split before they started charging for parking.
I got there late, but did manage to help with the unloading of the vehicle and the transferring to the elevator.
Missed the pizza (because SOMEONE took forever to get the truck back; you know, guvnor, if I'd been driving that lorry, it would have been drove up, dropped off and, Bob's your uncle, pizza for everyone), but I did get Angely season 1 & 2 from the HMV sale.
So, anyway, get home, and we have to go to Laurie's to pick up the Armoire she's giving us. We drive it home, and drive her car back. But there's just one little favour she needs. See, she gave us the armoire because she's getting a wall unit from a neighbour of hers who's leaving the complex. Could we help get it in?
Oh, Christ. It was a three piece wall unit that was, I think, constructed out of cast iron. Very heavy.
Anyway, got it carried over, and now we're to home, sweet home.
