The video game Portal is a puzzle game where the character creates portals they can travel between.
One of the game elements is the Weighted Companion Cube, which is a crate with hearts on it. The WCC has gotten a bit of a following among players.
So someone in TO has created a simulated pair of portals with a Weighted Companion Cube in transit between them.
