Saturday at sylvan casa bitter

Well, after the events of last night (Grindhouse, too many nachos too late at night) Cynra & YHB got up for breakfast; well, she had breakfast. I couldn't handle food yet.

So, we noticed that an injured squirrel was on the lawn. We called animal control and they came and picked it up. When the officer was done, she came to the door to let me know. She also told me that we had a bird's next in the door decoration on our front door.

Oops. She was, in fact, correct. A morning dove has laid two eggs in the front door decoration.

Whoops.
