Amazon: Suck factor high

Okay, so, last week I get an e-mail from Amazon.ca that a product I'd ordered a month ago would be delayed until March.

This did annoy me, but I'm made of stern stuff, and shrugged it off. I am a patient man, and I will take my Cash when I get it.

So, what to my wandering eyes should appear in my mailbox today, but a boxed set copy of Love, God & Murder.

Jesu, people, let's get the act together, yah? I like a surprise as much as the next guy, but this does not impress.

Edit: Apparently, I got a message on Sunday that they'd shipped it. Which confuses even further.
