Sep. 14th, 2004 02:00 amSpeaking of movies (we were? Yes, we were), the other day, Snra, on the cusp of consciousness, asked me "when does that Captain wassisface and the Tomorrow People come out?"
Now, Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow is coming out this weekend. Captain Wassisface and the Tomorrow People is, I believe, a disco/reggae fusion band. Quite funky.

Sep. 14th, 2004 03:31 pmFeeling slightly better. Have prescription for rinse, but since it's just a viral infection there's not much the doc can give me for it.
Had two blood test sessions today to check for stuff. Four vials after a fast, lunch, another vial after lunch. Lunch was turkey with stuffing, mashed & carrots. There's a venue at the Erin Mills food court called Roasty Jack that serves, well, real food as far as I can tell. You got roasted turkey, roas beef and chicken with some nice sides.
I'm no health freak, but I figure it's GOTTA be better than New York Fries.
Got a couple more SW boosters. Fun, fun, fun. No UR's yet, but I'm a patient man. So far, thought, I seem to be drawn to the Dark Side. I've got a Mara Jade, a General Veers, and a Vladimir Put... Sorry, Grand Moff Tarkin.
Dunno if I could put together a 100 point force (I've got a few stormtroopers, but they do suck) for the imperials; definitely couldn't for the rebels. But, hey, that's only one starter & three boosters in.
