Feh. Busy day. Did some pants shopping tonight (wedding on the weekend, so there'll be no Sunday game; I will play tomorrow night). Picked up dinner for Snra & myself at a Wendy Hortons. I got spicy chicken, she got ham n' cheese. You know, occasionally there's a good side to Yankee colonialism.
Oh, yeah. Just realized I didn't mention, but we went to a fire sale showing of The Producers last week (or was it the previous week?). Rockaliciously fun show, lemme tell you. Theriault's Bloom is just wonderful.
One of the local weeklies did a piece on why the show failed; they suggested one reason is that with all the questionable gay jokes, the lack of a homosexual playing the lead to make it palatable may have turned off some of the local 'guys-who-like-showtunes'.
To which I said "Sean Cullen's straight?"
Friday is a half day, I've got a followup appointment with the doc, then off to Ottawa for the festivities. Driving. Kinda wish we'd gotten a plane ticket. Actually, REALLY wish we'd gotten plane tickets.
Oh, yeah: Prisoner reference in this week's Onion. Anyone else spot it?
