So, visited Entertainment Liquidators last night w/ Snra Bitter. Picked up a few things (a fun little '80s compilation of movie melodies; very little suckage included!), among them a copy of Dungeon Keeper & Dungeon Keeper 2.

Quick question regarding the two of them: is either one significatnly better than the other? Should I bother to install DK, or just skip to DK2? Or is DK2 just a waste of hard drive space compared to the sublime wonder of DK?

Karaoke last nite w/ Snra. Bitter, Ed, [livejournal.com profile] redeem147 and her youngest. Venue didn't Suck, but I've been in better. KJ was good, but apparently she's not the regular. The bar (the Muddy Duck?) was a dedicated sports bar, so tehre were fights n' stuff on, although at 11 we got to see some softcore HBO porn, which is always nice. Why wasn't that on at the hotel we stayed in at GenCon, yr humble blogger asks?

Anyway, the rotation was slim (we got up three times in two and a bit hours), teh selection was mediocre (but that's why God sells Karaoke discs retail), and some newcomers showed up at midnight with smelly cigarillos. Sorry, I guess I imagined asking for a non-smoking seat. It did appear that 75% of the bar was not actually there for, or even interested in, the Karaoke. They did love the Bitter Guy's performances, however. Adored it.

Today was Curry & disc II of FotR at the Z's. Damn, but that's a lot of movie. Four commentaries? I dread meeting a man who can watch all of them. Now, we have to watch TTT before the last comes out.
