So, you may ask, what's a charming young man do for reading these days?

I just checked Camelot 3000 out of the local Bookster and, well, enjoyed that a lot. I wonder if it was the first mainstream comic to feature HLA? Or at least such wacky gender issues! Excalibur as vehicle for fission was neat, too. Arthur's linguistic styles vs those of the Reborn Knights & "generic viewpoint character who doesn't get to view all that much, actually" was kind of cool.

But one thing escapes me about the end (oh, yeah; this'll probably be a spoiler, so if you want to read C:3K and haven't, avert your eyes, children!). Gwen's knocked up, and says "I hope it's his". No, according to The Bitter Guide to Making Babies, don't you gotta.. Ummm.... Do It for it to be his? We saw her with her muscular thighs around Lance's heaving buttocks at least twice, but I don't think Art ever loosened his loincloth once.

You. The one who wants to read C:3K? You can look now.

Finally got Negroponte's Being Digital, which makes me the last one. Man, he's dry.

On hold at the fair book depository? Well, I'm glad you asked.

I'm # 129 on the hold list for the DVD of From Hell, which is kinda scary. There's some book called Think Big (no idea, honestly. I placed it last November. One of you probably mentioned it). Fear and Loathing in America, because HST is just a hoot. Loved his Hell's Angels book.

On War and Deuces Down should be en route shortly, and I'm #4 for The Devil in the White City, about HH Holmes & the Chicago World's Fair. Do they still hold World's Fairs? I'm #21 out of 22 for A Feast for Crows (#4 in RR Martin's Fantasy Opus, Stop or I'll Kill the Interesting Characters), so I should get a chance to finish #'s 2 & 3 by the time I get it.
