Feb. 10th, 2002 10:20 pmOkay, saw JCVS. Not bad, for a 0 budget flick. Although the guy playing JC looked WAY too much like Brian Benben for me to take him seriously.
Once he cut his hair, shaved the beard, and started dressing normal, it was just odd. I did like the scene where he fought lots of atheists. No, LOTS of atheists.
Man, that was a lot of Atheists. They travel like clowns.
There was a scene filmed at a place where we played a climactic session of VLARP. It was funny. I did like how they got around the whole 'filming a vampire film' thingy (that thingy being that nightfilming sucks) by having lesbian skin be a vampiric sunblock.
Ah, well. I give it two stars. They get some money, they'll be dangerous.
BTW, Wes: The film you were thinking of was Kung Fu Jesus. Different, although shockingly similar, film.
