I am most definitely not rushing out to see it. I may see it in the theatres depending upon the reviews. If I don't see it in the theatres, I will certainly see it on DVD, and it may get purchased. But I'm not a huge fan of Snyder, so it's probably in the "try before I buy" category.

We have tickets for an Imax screening too. I went in to buy them last week, after a psychotic break from an un-necessarily frustrating attempt to buy them through Cineplex's website.

Which SUCKS.

I had planned to catch the midnight show- by coincidence, I even have Friday off so I wouldn't have to worry about lack of sleep (my housemate, otoh, was going to be napping tonight before the show). When I went in to buy tickets Tuesday, I found we didn't rate a midnight show. So, the new plan is catch it Sunday sometime.

I know the fandom is freaking out, but TRUE explody is when we start seeing open rants about the use of characters in online roleplaying and fanfic written by teenyboppers. And by that, I'm waiting for Rorschach to realise that he is actually a wonderful person on the inside by means of healing sex.

I'm going to wait a while before I see it, as the fan boys can have first crack at it, and then I'll see it with a more...leisurely audience. Also plan to try and see it in IMAX, and will definitely be buying the DVD when it comes out.
