lol there is definitely such a thing!! I noticed it the same day I moved here :-P

Canadians draw out these long 'o' sounds that American's don't. It's subtle, but it's there. But I think most people equate the East Coast Accent with how everybody speaks here. But proper grammar with a little stretchy 'o' is much better than the american verbal diarrhea.

Yeah, the classic "about" vs. "aboot" which is supposedly how us Canadians say it. Myself I have never in my life heard anyone say "aboot".
And the only accents I think we have, other than french, are from the far East Coast, and definitely Newfoundland.

But yeah, I'm with TBG, there's no such think as a "Canadian Accent".
