Do I contradict myself?
Sep. 10th, 2008 10:16 amRemember how, back in May, I wasn't sure I really wanted an iPhone? I think I may have changed my mind.
My Nokia's degeneration continues apace, and I got to take one for a test drive the other day at CostCo and... well, I really liked it. Plus, I get tired of having to constantly rotate stuff on and off my shuffle. Plus the map thingy is gonna add a few years onto my life, I'm sure of it. Or at least my marriage.
So, yeah. Just a little rumination. It'll at least be enough of a mini computer to keep, say, con schedules and email on and that's a bunch of awesome.

Date: 2008-09-10 04:17 pm (UTC)I would quietly point you to the various media reports about the efficiency (or lackthereof) of the radio in the iPhone. How well will it perform for you as an actual 3G device? I'm not sure. But apparently a lot of people are asking that question...
