Primarily? I have no idea what my dream job would BE. I spend so much time trying to stay afloat and keep the bases covered that I never get a chance to see what it is.

I'm so busy slaving away at the base of the pyramid that I have to pretty much give up on reaching the Self Actualization level.

So, yeah. If I had any idea what my dream job would be, I might have an idea what's keeping me from it.

Thank God I've taken up drinking!

Isn't that what's keeping you from your Dream Job? Merely keeping afloat?

I suspect that the vast majority of respondents to this question would probably say financial concerns -- ultimately you have to pay the bills and merely making ends meet does have a way of draining the soul. Whatever that means.

I too have no idea what my dream job would be... all I know is that none of the jobs I've had thus far have been it!
