Well, since we had all the materials, Cynra & I invited [livejournal.com profile] mr_weasel and his wife to come by for Vegan Shephard's Pie ala [livejournal.com profile] destroyerzooey.

We did shatter the Vegan paradigm by adding Lea & Perrin's, which contains the devil anchovies.

I thought it turned out okay, although everyone wanted a bit more salt.

Heathens.

We did play Scene It! on Xbox 360, which I once again was unfairly represented in.

Ah, well. Good day, in all. I do need a food processor, though. Even after a bit of very intense prep work the carrots were still a wee bit too big.

And isn't "a wee bit too big" just a strange thing to say? I think so.

Whoops, forgot to log in.

Anyway, sad to have missed it. The significant something-or-other [livejournal.com profile] andmiss was massively exhausted -- last-week-of-school and all. The next two weekends are Passovery and then it's the play, but what about something in a Friday?

Yes, but for some reason, "A wee bit too small" sounds worse, so you're fine, really.

Maybe the extra salt was to toss over their left shoulders into the devil's eye. Maybe they aren't heathens at all.
