When the first $5 notes came out, some larriken noticed that if you wet the surface of the note, you could scratch some of the design off (they've since fixed this particular flaw). The same larriken also noticed that if you scratched off some very small parts of the Queen's face, you could turn her from a nice, contented monarch, into a scowling bitch. (And no, it wasn't me, although I did find it funny as hell).
