To make any moving image funny, simply do the following:

A) Speed it up, adding the theme to Benny Hill;

OR

B) Slow it down, adding the theme to Chariots of Fire.

Now, it works best if you start with a comedic visual, but anything can be made funnier by using these two simple steps.
