Any kid who grew up in the 1970's and 1980's in Washington, D.C. will remember at least two things: Captain 20, and that commercial.
And possibly the Mr. Ray's Hair Weave commercial, if they're black.

One of the best things to happen to UHF teevee in the 1970s and 1980s in D.C. He hosted all the kids television shows, and the guy also played Count Gore DeVol (what a pun, huh) for the locally produced Creature Feature.
In other words, a boss pimp.
